As a Wedding-Luv Vendor Member you agree to the
following:
Participate by posting blogs (in your wedding-luv blog) about
give-aways and/or contests. You are welcome to post info about
contests you are running in other contest sites too. Just be sure
to give lots of descriptive info and some pictures in your
wedding-luv blog and the URL link to your contest site where brides
can enter your contest. :
We encourage wedding related gifts or gift certificates to the
brides/grooms/members who claim them.
with NO STRINGS
ATTACHED This means they can win with
"No Purchase
Necessary"
You may however post promotions such as buy-1 get-1 free's - or any
other deals which convey "wedding-luv" to your clients.
(you may allow the same member to claim more than one give-away -
it's up to you)
Your Page:
make your page as interesting as possible so that other members
would love to check out your company website and purchase from you
in the future.
Your Free stuff:
when posting info about your companies give-aways/contests - Do so
in your WL member Blog. Posting contest rules and entry info
anywhere else on the site may be deleted.
Announce it:
Optional: make an annoucement in the text box on your page which
will then be posted to the front page Activity details.

Manors & Ettiquet:
You will be curtious and polite to
ALL Club Wedding-Luv
Members - Vendors, brides/grooms/etc... alike.
You will not spam the boards with tons of posts about you and your
company
if you do so - your account will be privately flagged as a spammer
and watched closely. You will be in jeopardy of being removed from
Club Wedding-Luv.
You will not send unsolicitated emails to any members. Only emails
that are requested of you from them.
These Vendor guidelines and the TOS may be updated at any time.
Please read them periodically or when a notice is posted about any
changes.
Your continued use of Club Wedding-Luv constitutes that you have
accepted any new additions or revisions of this guidelines page and
the TOS.

in your settings - for email notices you recieve - KEEP THE
NOTIFICATION ON for getting email notices when someone comments on
your blog -(it's set to "on" by default - please keep it that way)
this way you will know right away that you have a blog comment)
1) You will use your Wedding-Luv (WL) Blog
specifically for
posting info about your companies give-aways and contests. - no
other blogging. (This will keep it organized for members to be able
to easily view all your current give-aways posted)
You are welcome to post info about contests you are running in
other contest sites too. Just be sure to give lots of descriptive
info and some pictures in your wedding-luv blog and the link to
your contest site.
Also if you will be hosting your give-away right here at your
wedding-luv blog, but you're not sure how to word your give-away -
you can See
Victoria's
blog at her page to get an idea.
For other blogging that you may like to do, Please use services
such as a blogspot/blogger or wordpress etc... to run a regular
company blog.
2) Create a new WL blog post with your give-away info - picture,
description, links to your website or company blog.
3) Rules for your giveaway - (IE: to claim - member must fan on
facebook, follow company blog, twitter about you etc... ) What ever
your rules are.
4) Tell how winner will be picked - (first comment wins, or
Mulitple comments with winner being picked through Random.org)
5) Once winner is known (if contest is hosted at the wedding-luv
site) - Vendor will click the winners profile picture - then
message the winner to exchange personal email addresses, using the
Private Club Message system on this site. (this is for your safety
that you know you're getting email address from actual member who
claimed your give-away)
6) Vender & winner will then exchange EMAIL addresses and Work
out all shipping info and any other details by personal emails (off
the Wedding-Luv site).
