Member Guidelines

As a Wedding-Luv Brides/Grooms/Member you agree abide by the following:

Claiming a give-away:
You may Claim up to ONE free giveaway PER Vendor (or more if vendor allows it). with a Maximum 3 claims PER week / 12 Per Month. (Week starting Sunday - ending Saturday)
If it is brought to our attention that you are attempting to sweep the Vendor blogs with any claiming sprees (claiming more than 3 free giveaways per week) ALL OF YOUR CLAIMS May be removed and you May lose your membership in Club Weddin-Luv....
Please just don't do it - it's an abuse of the generousity that is being shown and it won't be looked well upon.

After Claiming a vendor give-away - you will use the CLUB MESSAGE system to exchange your shipping info so that vendors can match up your message profile with your claiming profile. (this is to be sure that others don't try to send a regular email claiming to have won - addresses can only come from the Member profile which won the give-away)

Manors & Etiquette:
You will be curtious and polite to ALL Club Wedding-Luv Members - Vendors, brides/grooms/etc...

You will be Grateful and show thankfulness to the generous vendors who are GIVING their products and gift certificates away.

You will Post your testimonial about your vendor that you Won from in the "I won" group so everyone in the club can see it.

You will remember to give praise and feedback about any free items you recieve from any Vendor members. Praise, can be telling others about them on Twitter, in your blog, in discussions, referals any where on the internet. All word-of-mouth is very much appreciated!!

You will use the Club message system to contact vendors about any questions you have about their give-aways

You will not send unsolicitated emails (spam) to any members. Only emails that are requested of you from them.

You will not spam the boards with tons of posts about you and your company if you have one, or the same thing over and over.
if you do so - your account will be privately flagged as a spammer and watched closely. You will be in jeopardy of being removed from Club Wedding-Luv.

You may tell all your friends about your great vendors who you won things from.

You may twitter about Wedding-Luv at any and all times



The Member guidelines may be updated at any time. Please read them periodically or when a notice is posted about any changes.

Your continued use of Club Wedding-Luv constitutes that you have accepted any new additions or revisions of this guidelines page and the TOS.


Quick reference to claiming rules:


Bride/Groom/Member Side of it - Give-away rules:

1) Find a give-away you want to claim

2) Follow vendor instructions for claiming (IE: fan them on facebook, follow their company blog, twitter about them etc... what ever they set for their claiming rule)

3) Claim your give-away in their vendor blog, if this is part of their rules.

4) Wait for your Vendor to send you a Private Club Message through the message system on this site.

5) Exchange your email addresses- Work out all shipping info and any other details with your vendor through your own personal email. (off the Wedding-Luv site)


YOUR SAFETY - Always be smart about who you are dealing with. Check out their websites and businesses and research who you deal with. For local vender/winners Please use safety precautions if meeting locally - it's recomended to do so in a public place.

Wedding-Luv is not resposible for any vendor/winner dealings - All information exchanges are between vender and winner and you do so at your own risk.

Rules may be tweeked or changed if we deem it needed.
